Leadership Begins When a Vision Emerges

Leadership begins when a vision emerges.  Proverbs 29:18 says “Where there is no vision, the people perish.”  The true meaning of these words is “Without a vision, the people cast off restraint.”  Lack of vision among leaders results in lethargy, confusion, disorder, inefficiency and – at worst – anarchy.  This applies in business as well as politics.
