Vision Generates Direction, Order, Devotion

A vision generates direction, order, devotion.  It overcomes aimlessness, chaos, lawlessness.  But a leader must also feel an inspirational dissatisfaction, a determination to change things, and a certainty that he himself can function as an agent of change – even if he does not yet have the necessary resources or skills.

What Makes Visions Real

Visions don’t require experience.  They don’t require academic degrees.  They key word is potential.  Your wisdom may take you into an area you have never been before.  You will need to learn new skills.  What matters then is not what you know already, but how much confidence and self-belief you have based on your faith in God.  Those will help you make the vision real.
