A Crisis Deeper With Deeper Problems than a Bad Hair Day

When God breaks in upon us through his Word, we are confronted with a series of contradictions.  We learn that we ado not even know the meaning of our daily lives or modern culture, or human identity and flourishing until God interprets us, our lives together, and our history in the light of his actions.  We do not know what we really need until God’s confrontation provokes a crisis that faces us with deeper problems than hair days.
